About Peta

Peta is a Brisbane-based barrister, practising primarily in the fields of employment, industrial relations and safety. Her practice includes workers’ compensation and regulatory litigation.

Peta is experienced in dispute resolution and litigation across the full spectrum of her practice area, and has a particular interest in regulatory and human rights litigation.

Prior to being called to the Bar, she practised as a solicitor in the area of workplace relations, and has done so continuously since her admission in 2009. Her career has spanned both private practice and in-house at Crown Law.

She is recognised as Recommended by Doyle’s Guide for employer representation in Queensland (2020) and also undertakes lecturing and mentoring work with the College of Law.
